Spa-goers can expand their positive spa experiences once they step out the door by working on their gut-feeling, otherwise known as intuition. Author and teacher Doreen Virtue says, one way to do that is by keeping an intuition journal.
She suggests, "Every time you get a hunch or gut-feeling, write it down and then keep track of resulting situations, such as: "Got a feeling to take my umbrella with me today, even though no rain was in the forecast. Two hours later, a thunderstorm rolled in and I stayed comfortably dry under my umbrella's shelter."
Virtue has appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show, CNN, Good Morning America, The View, and other national programs. McCall's, Woman's Day, First for Women, Woman's World, USA Today, The Los Angeles Times, The New York Daily News, Men's Fitness, and Shape are among the many magazines that have featured her work.
