Super Bowl Sunday has finally arrived! What does that mean? Half time concert! Oh, and of course that whole football thing. The star of this year’s half time show was Beyoncé. The highly anticipated show began with Beyoncé performing her solo hits including “Crazy in Love” and “End of Time”.
With a dramatic entrance, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams shot up from under the stage for a Destiny’s Child reunion. Though fans were excited to see the group together again, their set consisted of only two of the group’s songs; “Bootylicious” and “Independent Women”. Instead of performing their latest single “Nuclear”, the group went on to perform Beyoncé’s infamous hit “Single Ladies”.
There is no word whether the reunion will lead to future collaborations for the group or if it was just a one-time performance. There are rumors that Beyoncé is prepping for a world tour, but that has yet to be confirmed.
