On Feb. 3, some Beyonce Super Bowl 2013 spoilers came out courtesy of MTV, who said that the superstar promised to sing without using pre-recorded backing tracks during a press conference on Saturday, Feb. 2.
Beyonce said she won't do what she did during Obama's second inauguration, but rather will belt out her song-list live since, as she put it, "that is what I was born to do."
The much heralded singer married to the much heralded music honcho known as Jay-Z is set to be on stage during the Super Bowl in New Orleans for a full 12 minutes. That's a long time in this particular spot where wardrobe malfunctions have been more apt to be of interest than anything having to do with lip-synching.
That said, the in-the-know music source also hinted that perhaps Jay-Z will join Bey on Super Bowl Sunday in the Big Easy. MTV also seems to believe it's highly likely that Destiny's Child will make an appearance, too, even though this hasn't been confirmed.
That means a good chance of hearing songs like "Survivor" and "Nuclear" from Michelle Williams, Kelly Rowland, and, of course, Beyonce.
As for Bey's solo efforts, fans are hoping for a chance to relive "Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It)," the anthem that means lots of dancing as far as this sensational singer is concerned.
And so, as the masses wait who love entertainment in the form of singing and dancing wait for the Beyonce Super Bowl half-time show, last minute spoilers while Bey does the Big Easy may or may not actually come to pass, so to speak. Stay tuned.
