Beyonce is one busy woman. This past year, she managed to achieve several things and one can imagine that her husband, Jay-Z, was fully supportive of her. She embark on a massive sold-out world tour, played at the Super Bowl halftime show, and secretly recorded a record-breaking fifth studio album without any promotion. And in between all of that, she worked out and ate well. According to a new US Magazine report published on Jan. 2, Beyonce is now showing off her weight loss after having baby Blue Ivy.

In a new YouTube mini-documentary, which she entitled “Liberation,” she revealed she is all about embracing her body post birth. "I was very aware of the fact that I was showing my body," she said. "I was 195 pounds when I gave birth. I lost 65 pounds. I worked crazily to get my body back. I wanted to show my body. I wanted to show that you can have a child and you can work hard and you can get your body back.”

And she also compared her own weight struggles to people who have trouble dropping the baby weight. “I know that there's so many women that feel the same thing after they give birth. You can have your child and you can still have fun and still be sexy and still have dreams and still live for yourself. I don't have any shame about being sexual. I'm not embarrassed about it, and I don't feel like I have to protect that side of me because I do believe that sexuality is a power we all have,” she adds.

It is brave that she is revealing her weight in her documentary, but she knows that it is normal to gain weight during pregnancy. Of course, she is a very private person, but it sounds like she doesn't mind opening up about her personal weight struggles. Do you think she is brave?
