"I gained 57 pounds when I was pregnant. I'm not a person who is naturally very thin," Beyonce shares in the Shape interviewing, stating, "80 percent of my weight loss was from cutting back on food. I ate a very low-calorie diet."

The superstar also spoke of her meat choices, and sent this reporter of to Google "quinoa."

"I stayed away from red meat and ate a lot of fish, replaced pasta and rice with quinoa," she said.

How much does Beyonce weigh?

We don't get an actual number in pounds that Beyonce weighs, at least not in the above video, but we do learn that her ideal weight was when she was working on her "Crazy in Love" video. When she wants to get into amazing shape, that's the body she aims for.

"Be happy," she says, as they show her doing various exercises to stay thin. So thin and tan was Beyonce in that one scene in her "Life is But a Dream" HBO documentary -- wherein she and Jay-Z sang a Coldplay song to one another -- that I mistook her for a young Alicia Keys for one moment.

"I always have breakfast -- say, scrambled egg whites, a vegetable smoothie, or whole-grain cereal with lowfat milk," she says. "For lunch and dinner I eat a lot of fish and vegetables. And throughout the day, I try to stay hydrated."

Beyonce claims not to count calories, but at the same time says she follows a low-calorie diet. I, for one, am loving that My Fitness Pal my doctor turned me on to in order to help lose weight.

"I always treat myself to one meal on Sundays when I can have whatever I want," Beyonce says. "Usually it's pizza, which is my favorite indulgence."

More kids for Beyonce and Jay on the way..

...at least after her "Mrs. Carter" tour is the plan.

And what will she tell her beautiful Blue Ivy?

"I'll tell her to embrace who she really is," says Bey. "It took me until I was 25 to fully appreciate my unique qualities -- the things about my personality and my body that make me special. It's always the stuff you're self-conscious about as a kid, and then you grow up and look back and you're like, I had no idea I was so fly!"

Speaking of her next album, Beyonce says it will be more "empowering and more sensual than her last one." Oy vey...
