Beyonce is making some changes and that includes slowing down. Speaking out Saturday, she confirmed that the time has come for her, as a mother, to manage her time better and that includes not rushing an album or other project.
"One thing I'm trying to learn is time management and taking my time and doing things at a slower pace," Beyonce said of her struggle on "Oprah's Next Chapter" Saturday.
Following albums like "4" and "I Am Sasha Fierce," Beyonce says it is hard to actually slow down because of the pace she has maintained for over a decade.
"I've been raised to work so hard that it doesn't even feel comfortable for me when I'm not. So, I'm trying to just take it easy and do things when I am inspired. It's hard because I have to plan," she admitted. "I'm working it out and trying to get there."
While Beyonce is happy to be a mother of one, she plans to have another child in the next few years, possibly after the completion of her upcoming tour.
"I definitely want another child but it was also important for me to do what I love. I love to perform. I love to make music. I wanted to have my daughter and maybe after this next tour, I'll have another baby," Beyonce shared with Oprah.
