Beyonce releases new music, wants you to 'Bow Down'

After starting off with a triumphant year - dominating the Super Bowl, our TV screens and magazines - Beyonce wants to remind everyone she is still the Queen (King) and she is not going anywhere. The diva released new music moments ago, aptly titled "Bow Down/I Been On." On the track, Mrs. Carter wants no one to mistake her taking time off and "living her life" for vacating her throne. In the heavy bass-infused song, the singer states "she is more than his little wife" referring to her relationship with husband Jay-Z.

The song then transitions into "I Been On," where as promised, Bey is bringing the ratchet. Taking it back to her Houston roots, with a "Texas Trill" track, the music was first debuted via her tour promo video. Bey's voice is distorted and deep as she reflects on her place in music and reiterating her place of dominance. After selling out shows for her upcoming Mrs. Carter Show World Tour without hearing a new album, this release today serves as a reminder that King B is on her way - and everyone better get ready.
