Beyonce's baby Blue Ivy isn't even cutting teeth yet and, according to Perez Hilton, her mama is itching to get back to work. Ryan Tedder of OneRepublic says the two are already talking about plans for her next couple of albums.

"The conversations about her next album literally just started and there [are] two projects happening. All I can say is that with Beyonce, you kind of feed her the best that you have and she's like this phenomenal filter."
Tedder, who won his first Grammy for working as a producer on Adele's album 21, says that Beyonce and Adele are very similar in the way they work. They aren't looking for a ton of guidance as they prefer to be in charge, which has made for winning projects in the past.
As for Tedder's future with OneRepublic, a new album is already in the works, with a fall release expected. He's hoping the follow up to the 2009 release, Waking Up, will be their "huge breakout album". The first single should be out within the next few months.
