Leave it to Beyonce and Jay Z to rent a zoo for their daughter's second birthday. The stars leased the ideal location in Miami for Blue Ivy's celebration and then the family of three hit Jungle Island for the occasion.

According to Us magazine on Jan. 10, this outing to the Florida-based wildlife park and garden happened a few days ago when the rain was falling.

Still, the inclement weather didn't dampen the occasion for this celebrity clan who obviously had a really good time as evidenced by the photo taken during this Florida foray.

And why not?

After all, this tropical paradise has been entertaining animal lovers for 75 years with all kinds of critters and especially birds, ranging from brightly colored parrots to awesome pink flamingos to the world's only trained cassowary.

Other animals in residence at Jungle Island are the world largest cat called a liar and a pair of rare twin orangutans.

Also on tap the day Beyonce and Jay Z rented a zoo was a meal at Joey's Italian Cafe where whole wheat-crusted pizza was on the agenda. This was a great choice on the part of them pampering parents who picked the best place in Miami for this kind of pie, according to Haute Living.

And so, after Beyonce and Jay Z rented a zoo for Blue Ivy's birthday, the threesome were nourished following their meeting with a whole bunch of wild animals. Happy second birthday, Blue Ivy!
