It's been confirmed that Beyonce will be Kim Kardashian's bridesmaid for her wedding to Kanye West on May 24 in Paris. Hollywood Life wrote in an April 14 report that Beyonce agreed to be a bridesmaid for Kim after declining early on.
HL cited Media Take Out in their story. Beyonce won't be performing at Kim and Kanye's wedding. In fact, Kanye wants Mary J. Blige to sing "Everything" on their big day. As Perez Hilton noted on his website, Kim and Beyonce met at a dermatology clinic in Beverly Hills on Friday. Coincidence? It's not clear.
There's been non-stop speculation about Beyonce and her husband, Jay-Z, refusing to appear on Kim's reality show on E!, "Keeping Up with the Kardashians." When Kim and Kanye get married in May, their nuptials will be filmed for the reality show. The two singers allegedly feel that cheesy reality shows are beneath them -- and that includes the Kardashians.
A few months ago it was also rumored that Jay-Z would agree to be at his close friend's wedding on the condition that he wouldn't be shown on-camera. It means a lot to Kanye that Jay-Z and Beyonce show up and support their marriage.
Is Beyonce really going to be Kim's bridesmaid? A rep for the singer hasn't officially verified Media Take Out's report, but it sounds more promising than other headlines have made it seem.
One thing is for sure, this will be a big story up until the big day for Kim and Kanye. If Beyonce is a bridesmaid for Kim, that will be a ratings goldmine for the Kardashian family.
