It was Bey's new slender figure. The 17 time Grammy winner looked noticeably thinner than she did during her recent Mrs. Carter world tour. We've credited Beyonce's new statuesque figure to be the result of a successful 22 day Vegan diet she endured with her husband just before Christmas. The meat -loving Beyonce posted delicious vegans meals she enjoyed on her Instagram page throughout her diet stint.
So what exactly does a Vegan Diet entail?
Vegetarians do not eat meat, fish, or poultry. Vegans, in addition to being vegetarian, do not use other animal products and by-products such as eggs, dairy products, honey, leather, fur, silk, wool, cosmetics, and soaps derived from animal products. The key to a nutritionally sound vegan diet is variety. A healthy and varied vegan diet includes fruits, vegetables, plenty of leafy greens, whole grain products, nuts, seeds, and legumes.
Both Beyonce and Jay have vowed to continue some elements of their vegan diet which they started on December 3rd last year. The duo ended their diet in Miami by chowing down on Seafood at one of Miami's hottest Seafood digs, Seasalt and Pepper Restaurant.
