Beyoncé Knowles lost the 57 pounds gained during her pregnancy in just three months after the birth of her child. The popular entertainer has the fans turning their heads as news on Thursday is that she reveals her extremely quick weight loss with Shape magazine for the upcoming issue. The star will be talking about her weight in the April edition and her fans want to know all the details.
"I gained 57 pounds when I was pregnant. I didn't have a lot of time to lose the weight, because I scheduled a show three months after I gave birth, which I would never do again," said Beyoncé in an excerpt of the video from Shape magazine.
While the exact details of what helped Beyoncé drop the weight hasn't been revealed as the magazine isn't out yet, it’s safe to suggest that the star had a vegan diet and plenty of exercise from her dancing routines. Previously revealed to The Insider, Beyoncé’s trainer Bahar Takhtehchian dished on the high vegetable diet used to help the star stay slim.
