The "Beyoncé reveals baby's face" headlines have been hitting the internet due to a new HBO documentary coming out Saturday. The documentary called "Life is But a Dream" gives viewers the first look at baby Blue Ivy, the daughter of Jay-Z and Beyonce. It will be one of two big television appearances featuring the singer as she talks about her life.
A report from Enstarz.com on Feb. 16 indicates that the new documentary talks a lot about Knowles' personal life including her career, miscarriage, accusations she faked her pregnancy and the firing of her dad as manager. In addition to all those things, the often-sheltered Blue Ivy Carter makes an appearance as well, showing off her face. Blue was born back in January of 2012, making her a 1-year-old now.
Normally, most people don't get to see Jay-Z and Beyonce's baby, but a leaked photo has also arrived from the HBO documentary which shows Beyonce holding up baby Blue. Along with the new HBO show on Saturday, Beyonce will appear on "Oprah's Next Chapter" to talk a lot about her life including Jay-Z and Blue Ivy Carter.
Just last month, the singer made headlines several times for controversial reasons. First, there was the lip-syncing at the Presidential Inauguration, which the singer admitted to but then put rumors to rest she couldn't sing by singing the national anthem at a press conference. Then there was here Super Bowl 2013 halftime show which drew outrage from many viewers due to her choice of attire, and suggestive dance moves. However, it's a new month for Beyonce, and she appears like she's moved on with her life.
The "Oprah's Next Chapter" featuring the Beyonce interview will be shown at 8 p.m. EST on OWN. The HBO documentary "Life is But a Dream" will be shown on HBO at 9 p.m. EST.
