Beyoncé took to her website and announced she will reunite with former Destiny’s Child group members Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams for a new album. The singer said the group will release a greatest hits collection album titled ‘Love Songs’ on January 29.
The album is a ‘career-spanning collection’ of the group’s most romantic songs and features a new song ‘Nuclear’. This is the first song for Destiny’s Child in eight years. The news comes weeks before Beyoncé’s highly anticipated Super bowl XLV11 half-time show performance. Sources tell Us Weekly, exclusively, that Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams will join Beyoncé on stage.
The “Love On Top” singer recently graced the cover of GQ magazine for the “Sexiest Women Of The 21st Century” issue. In an interview with the magazine Beyoncé opened up about her massive influence: I know that, yes, I am powerful. I’m more powerful than my mind can even digest and understand.” The superstar tells the mag she attributes her success to her tireless work ethic.
Beyoncé is also slated to sing at President Barack Obama’s second inauguration on January 21.
