The issue of porn spammers on Twitter continues. Read part one here and another bloggers take here.
What gives? Why is Twitter ignoring our request for filters? I’ve sent several Tweets with no response. Many of you have reported similar stories.
Twitters Terms of Service states:
6. You will not post content that is hateful, threatening, pornographic, or that contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
Clearly, porn is in violation to their TOS. But, at this point Twitter continues to have an ever increasing issue with porn.
Some are deleting their Twitter accounts because of this. One user is forming a campaign to stop it. Please follow Cleanuptwitr.
