Bethenny Frankel may have sold her “Skinnygirl Cocktails” to Jim Beam for $100,000 but it sounds like she may be forgetting where she was before the show came along - a show she was only on because of her former friend, Jill Zarin. According to a new Radar Online report published on Aug. 16, Frankel’s past financial issues are now being revealed and it sounds like she is putting herself on a pedestal in comparison to her former co-stars.
According to the report, Frankel only had $8,000 in her bank account by the time she joined the show. She worked while filming the show and she used the platform to launch her cocktails. Now that she is famous and have millions in the bank, she has been slamming the show that made her famous.
“Bethenny was so stressed out before she was on “The Real Housewives of New York,”” a source has revealed. “She had done that reality show with Martha Stewart and had her Bethenny Bakes but she had nothing else lined up and she was panicked.” This was something she mentioned herself in her book, “A Place of Yes.”
“Bethenny said she only had $8,000 to her name and she had to take the job on the show,” the source adds. “Bethenny was in the same boat as Teresa or anyone else a few years ago so she shouldn’t be calling out the other housewives. She’s being a hypocrite and forgetting where she came from.” She has also been slamming Teresa Giudice for not managing her money when she had none herself.
What do you think of her money troubles?
