Bethenny Frankel tweets thanks to divorce supporters, understanding to critics

Bethenny Frankel is getting support from some of her fans, and just the opposite from some others. The reality TV star tweeted thanks to some on Saturday, while acknowledging the opinions of others.

The tweet says:

To those of you who are being supportive: thank you. To those of you who are judging: I totally get it.

She further acknowledged that things for her are not as easy as some might feel with a tweet on Sunday morning, about 30 minutes ago at the time of thiw writing:

Does anything ease your sorrows like an egg sandwich?

The tweets came as Frankel officially filed for divorce, slightly more than a week after the "Bethenny Ever After" star announced that she and Jason Hoppy were separating.

In a statement issued just before Christmas, she said:

It brings me great sadness to say that Jason and I are separating. This was an extremely difficult decision that as a woman and a mother, I have to accept as the best choice for our family.

Frankel has been on several reality TV series, including "The Real Housewives of New York City," "Bethenny Getting Married?," which eventually morphed into "Bethenny Ever After." She is also the founder of Skinnygirl Cocktails, the author of four self-help books and the host of the daytime TV series, "Bethenny."

"Bethenny Getting Married?" covered the wedding and pregnancy of Frankel and Hoppy. The couple wed in March of 2010 and has a daughter, Bryn Hoppy.

Rumors of problems between Frankel and Hoppy have been rampant since their wedding. Issues between the couple were even aired on the "Bethenny Ever After" reality TV series.
