Bethenny Frankel turquoise bead necklace

After watching the Emmy Awards and seeing so much navy and white, it got me to thinking about transition pieces for fall.  Since, turquoise is the color of the year for 2010, my mind immediately went to Bethenny Frankel's turquoise bead necklace.  I have admired it on Bethenny Getting Married?  So, I went on a hunt.  They are harder to find than you might think.  However, there are some bead stores here in Albuquerque where you can buy strands of turquoise beads.  I am going to purchase one and just string it on a silver necklace, and add a few silver smaller beads at the end.  I will not be doing the traditional knot thing.  I will however, be using a necklace that doesn't or says it won't break.  This will give me real turqoise and a great necklace at the fraction of the price of what I have seen available.  As well, as the satisfaction of doing it myself.   And, back to the Emmy Awards, wouldn't a navy or white blouse just scream for a turquoise bead necklace?
