Although the pair split at the end of 2012, they have been unable to decide who would get the home, and as a result of their standoff, both parties had been living in the home together with their young daughter, Bryn. Talk about uncomfortable living arrangements!

But now, nearly a year-and-a-half after their split, Bethenny has moved out of the home and into a new home just seven blocks away. Her new place is a 2,200-square-foot apartment, also in NYC’s Tribeca neighborhood.

According to a March 18 report by In Touch Weekly, Bethenny never wanted to leave her $5 million dream home, which she purchase with Jason in Aug. 2011, but living with Jason had simply become too much for her to handle -- especially now that her show has been canceled and she's at home more often.

“She never wanted to leave her dream home,” the insider explained. “Now Jason gets to live there alone. She needed to get away from the situation Jason was creating.”

Bethenny's new apartment is costing her $17,500-per-month and features a gym, climate-controlled wine cellar and landscaped roof-deck outfitted with a bar and grill.
