On March 28, Bond filed the suit at the New York Supreme Court claiming that Lichtenstein is a “deadbeat father” who lives the life of an "extravagant playboy" -- all while failing to pay her the $570,110.05 in child support he owes, Page Six reported on April 7.

According to Bond's suit, Lichtenstein has been “traveling the world on private jets, expanding his huge compound in Aspen . . . living in a beachfront mansion in [California], and dating [former “Real Housewives” star and talk-show host] Bethany (sic) Frankel,” and that Lichtenstein “claims that he is too broke to support his only daughter.”

Bond and Lichtenstein dated years ago before splitting in April 2007, when Bond was five-months pregnant with the couple's daughter, who is now six.

Since news of their relationship hit the web in early 2013, Frankel has denied dating Lichtenstein, but for some reason, Bond believes they are still together -- despite her being linked to Michael "Mac" Cerussi since late 2013.

Meanwhile, Bond is living in Hong Kong with her boyfriend Andrew Cader, owner of the Tampa Bay Rays.
