Jason Hoppy says, during divorce process, he plans to only go down with a fight (according to TMZ sources). He has responded to Frankel’s divorce petition and is planning to request the same things she’s filing for, including requesting primary custody of their 2 year old daughter. Jason will also be asking for child support from Bethenny.
When the couple first announced their plan to separate, it seems it was going to be an easy divorce because they were first initially claiming to be in agreement with the split and also claimed to continue living together in a civil manner in order to continue raising their daughter Bryn together, but it seems now, this plan has taken a turn for the worse.
Hoppy is now planning to request the same things Frankel is asking for in the divorce. TMZ sources has learned in Frankel’s divorce petition, she’s asking that Jason pay for her and daughter Bryn’s medical, dental, and maintain life insurance making her and Bryn the beneficiaries. Everything Frankel’s requesting in the divorce petition, well Hoppy is also requesting the same things, but requesting Frankel to also pay for his accountant, lawyer, and wants full use and occupancy of the couple’s marital residence.
I guess the nice times are really over because what the two initially claimed was going to be a clean and simple separation, now seems to be turning into a very ugly and messy divorce.
