Bethenny Frankel is the ideal example of a success story; she worked hard, made the contacts, stood up for her business and idea and made millions from it. She even got her own talk show, where she can talk to women about anything and everything, but there is one thing that women in business want to know; how did you do it? And while watching her on “The Real Housewives of New York” and “Bethenny Ever After” does give some hints, she is now sharing her way of thinking. According to a new Bravo report published on Sept. 11, Bethenny Frankel is now giving her fans some business advice
"I would say that all roads lead to Rome, and you just have to treat everything as your business," she revealed as she sat down with Andy Cohen on “Watch What Happens Live” this week. She also added; “Do your best at every job you take, no matter what it is.” And she isn't referring to those smaller jobs in the office. She is referring to fast food jobs as teenagers or perhaps sales jobs to get the funding to start your own. It sounds like professionalism is the way to go.
"When you're younger, you think, 'Oh, I don't have to learn this, I'm never going to need it.' Or if you work as a waitress in a restaurant, you feel like you're beneath it," she says. "I have hired people who have been bus people at restaurants, who have been coat check girls. You just have to treat everything as if it's the most precious job in the world. If you're getting coffee, you be the best coffee getter, because someone will notice, and the cream rises to the top."
What do you think of her business advice?
