It hasn’t even been a month since Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy announced that they had separated. According to TMZ on Jan. 5, The Skinnygirl mogul filed for divorce earlier this week.
Frankel filed a summons for divorce in New York City earlier this week. This is the first step in the divorce process. It appears that even though it was report Frankel was devastated, she is moving quickly to get this whole process over with.
Bethenny traveled to Aspen with their daughter, Bryn, over the New Year’s holiday to give Jason time to get his things together and move out. Bethenny had told sources that it was not healthy to be living under one roof. Some sources have stated they are still living together, while others have said Jason has moved out. It appears Bethanny had plans to move things along faster than originally planned.
Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy announced their separation on Dec. 23. The couple was married in 2010.
