Bethenny Frankel, who officially filed for divorce from Jason Hoppy last week, wants him to pay her child support for their daughter Bryn, who is almost three-years-old, TMZ reported on Monday, Jan 7.
Bethenny is reportedly worth between $25 million and $55 million, and she has filed documents asking for the following from Jason Hoppy:
- Child support retroactive from the date she filed for divorce
- Medical, dental, optical, therapeutic, orthodontic expenses for herself and Bryn
- Life insurance that makes both her and Bryn the beneficiaries
- Frankel also wants Hoppy out of their $5 million dollar marital residence permanently. Bethenny is asking for exclusive occupancy of the couple’s apartment.
The Skinny Girl mogul is asking for primary physical custody of the couple’s daughter Bryn. Frankel is also asking that the judge to enforce their prenuptial agreement dated March 23, 2010, which was signed by Jason Hoppy just five days before the couple got married.
Sources tell TMZ:
“This is a preliminary step to move the process forward. She wants to work this out privately and amicably. All Bethenny cares about is that it works out the best possible for Bryn.”
Seems the best-selling author, reality television star and mastermind behind the Skinny Girl empire is headed for a very public divorce. Hoppy may have made a lot of money in real estate, but he seemingly put his career on hold after he married Frankel, helping her with her various business ventures. We will just have to wait and see what Jason’s demands are when he responds to Frankel’s filing for divorce and the most recent documents filed with Bethennny’s demands.
