Bethenny Frankel may have been working hard on her talk show since the summer, but she has taken some time to herself and started dating again. It must be an odd situation, since she hasn’t settled much in regards to her divorce. She filed because she wanted out and she has revealed that the marriage was a big mistake. According to a new EnStarz report published on Jan. 12, Bethenny Frankel continues to date even though she is still living with her estranged husband, Jason Hoppy.

She traveled to Miami with her new man for New Year’s Eve and celebrated with him instead of being in New York with her daughter, Bryn. And it sounds like things were getting serious with Michael A. Cerussi III. "They made out pretty heavily at midnight," an eyewitness at South Beach's Mondrian hotel told PEOPLE magazine, the print edition. "They were cuddly all night."

The divorce was filed over a year ago, and it seems to drag on because the two cannot come to a conclusion in regards to their daughter, Bryn. Sources have revealed that all of the money and property has been settled, but Jason isn’t giving up on his daughter, as Frankel really wants to have full custody of Bryn.

"When you date a talk show host in the public eye, this is what happens," the Frankel source added. "People look into your past." Despite going to Miami together, the source close to Frankel reveals that they are not a couple. "They are dating, [but] they're not exclusive." It sounds like she just wants to get her toes wet again without making things too serious too fast. "She's having a great time," said the source. "She's moving forward with her life."

Do you think she is setting a good example for her daughter?
