The BET Honors on Monday night had a very famous face accepting one of the honors. The show is celebrating its sixth year and in 2013 one of the African American leaders acknowledged was Halle Berry on Monday night. The movie actress took time from her schedule to be part of the program from Warner Theater in Washington, DC. Celebrating Black History Month, the show is always a welcomed program in February.
Looking sexy, Halle Berry stepped on stage with a sleeveless red and black gown that was perfect for the moment. The award, presented by Phylicia Rashad, seemed to be a significant honor for the star. Sharing her feelings about the nomination, the star brought her notes to make sure she covered everything she wanted to say after receiving the award.
