Prior to the BET Honors 2013, the red carpet was rolled out for the stars to make way to the Warner Theater in Washington, DC. Finding some of the finest threads in the business, the celebrities walked down the aisle as the fans gawked and the photographers took snapshots. The annual show aired on Monday as part of the celebration of Black History Month and the fashion prior to the show was definitely impressive.
Some of the best dressed on the 2013 list won’t be too big of a surprise. Gabrielle Union walked down the red carpet and she sizzled. Complete with an plunging v-neck that cut down to her waist, the star looked stunning. Not to be outdone, Chaka Khan was sexy too and definitely looking good after her weight loss. Halle Berry also brought her best gown as she looked stunning. Then there was Kelly Rowland who looked super sexy just like the rest of the ladies.
While the BET Honors 2013 was a chance to honor six talented African American leaders, it appeared there might have been a little competition on the red carpet when it came to the fashion. While there were no losers, the fans immediately noticed how everyone who walked in front of the cameras rocked the moment.
