BET Awards 2014 Red Carpet Looks: TV stars shine in designer style

The 2014 BET Awards weekend up leading up to the big night where the live show is going on at The Nokia Theater. Stars of stage, screen and many talented music artists came out to enjoy the show.

Many different styles of dress was represented tonight, including new co- host of FOX's afternoon talk show, "The Real," Tamar Braxton. Catch the new show when it airs this fall. Braxton's "The Real" co-hosts, Adrienne Bailon, Jeannie Mai, Loni Love, Tamara Mowry-Housley, were in attendance as well.

Also hitting the carpet was star of "Being Mary Jane" Gabrielle Union. The show is well into production in its second which premieres this fall. The hit drama focuses on the life of successful cable news anchor, Mary Jane Paul played by Union. Mary Jane Paul is a single, black female who deals with everyday life. She has parents, brothers, nieces and close friends to keep her well-balanced." Catch season two of "Being Mary Jane" this fall on BET.

One of the busiest men in entertainment, Nick Cannon, took time out from hosting "America's Got Talent," running a division of Nickelodeon and co-starring in "Real Husbands of Hollywood" to come out and present new artists and to support his friends.

Lorenz Tate, who is pulling double duty this summer starring in USA's "Rush" and BET's new series "Gun Hill," stepped out onto the carpet as well. Tate also participated in the Q&A and Celebrity Meet and Greet at the BET Experience over the weekend at the LA Convention Center.

Always fashionable is teen superstar Zendaya, sported a stylish blue outfit. The accomplished singer and actress was recently attached to star as the late singer Aaliyah but has since pulled out due to production issues.
