How to Make Spinach Artichoke Dip

Spinach & Artichoke Dip Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 c. chopped, frozen artichoke hearts (thaw them)
  • 1 c. chopped, frozen spinach (also thawed)
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan
  • 1/3 c. grated Romano
  • 6-oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. mayo
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper (optional)

Creamy, Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip Instructions:

  1. Boil the artichokes and the spinach. Use only a cup of water. Do this until both ingredients turn soft and tender.
  2. Drain them. Throw away the liquid.
  3. Put the cream cheese in the microwave and heat it for one minute. Make sure the bowl is fairly big.
  4. Add in the rest of the ingredients for the easy spinach and artichoke dip recipe, stirring them together.
  5. Serve this Super Bowl appetizer recipe hot.
