This little gem of a find is one of the neatest places in the Tampa Bay area.
Before you even get inside the tropical setting of this wonderful establishment you see boats in the marina which is located behind Ozona Blue. A you walk in the main entrance you are surrounded by a tropical ambiance that gives a tranquil air to the place.
As you walk in you will see a very trendy bar area that has both an inside and outside sitting area. The outside area has little tiki hut type tables around a long bar where you are overlooking the marina and the boats. Down a few steps is the pool area. There is a very large pool and hot tub. You can have a few drinks or lunch while you swim and sun bath! If you do not want to swim or sunbath you can still enjoy drinks out by the pool deck for a more relaxed tableside setting while catching a few rays.
On Thursday through Sunday the outside area has a live band playing with a large dance floor.
On warm days at Ozona Blue things seem to be alive with fun and conversation in the pool section.
A couple of the speciality drinks here are the Mojito and Sangria.
Lots of folks dock their boats at the marina at Ozona Blue.
They have a really good menu for dining either at lunch or dinner. They also have a full liquor bar and fairly good choices in wine selection.

The atmosphere and dress are both casual here. At Ozona Blue you will find two crowd types and the livelier one is usually in the outside area. Although that being said, the two areas seem to flow seamlessly into one another. This a great place and in the summer months you won’t find a better spot for a fun family day.
