Finn McCool’s Irish Pub
Restaurateur Geraldine Gilliland has been serving acclaimed meals on Main Street for 30 years. Her authentic Irish pub Finn McCool’s celebrates its 12th anniversary this St. Patrick’s Day.

Along with a full bar and traditional Irish fare like boxtys (filled potato pancakes), look for vegetarian options including the spicy black bean burger and grilled vegetable sandwich. Try the “kaesar” salad (a Caesar with a twist of kale and Irish cheddar), too. Much of the produce is sourced from Gilliland’s Malibu ranch, and the pub is expanding its use of sustainable seafood, as well as gluten-free and vegan selections.

For dessert, pick the chocolate boxes filled with Belgian chocolate mousse and fresh strawberries. Or, indulge in a Jameson Irish Whiskey milkshake with Fosselman’s locally-made ice cream.

Main Street is also the home of this popular spot, where one can enjoy live Irish music throughout the holiday weekend. The walls here are lined with vintage Guinness posters and Irish art, adding to the festive atmosphere.

Enjoy a pint or mixed drink inside or out on the patio. On the menu, select items such as the organic mixed baby green salad, veggie burger or sustainably-raised salmon wrap. Irish favorites include Guinness pie. Check out the lunch specials and daily happy hour, too.
