Halloween night is coming up fast in the San Francisco Bay Area. So now is the time to start planning your 2013 big party night in and around San Francisco.

The one thing that should not be in your Halloween nigh schedule is bring your own car. No, not at all, especially if you are thinking about drinking at the local parties, bars and taverns.

You and your friends should definitely use public transportation on October 31, Halloween night, 2013. Just let other people take you where you want to go in October and then you don't have to worry about a thing.
