Princeton, New Jersey is known for it's great restaurants. Although these restaurants offer great lunch and dinner menus, many of them also provide special weekend brunch menus and many of them have outdoor dining available as well. Brunch is the perfect way to relax on the weekends and enjoy the beautiful weather and the picturesque charm that Princeton has to offer. Here are some of the best Princeton brunch restaurants around.

Teresa Caffe - This quaint restaurant offers an a la carte brunch menu on both Saturdays and Sundays. Teresa's menu is both interesting and different with items like breakfast pizzas and baked eggs with treviso, goat cheese and potatoes. Fun cocktails and coffee with liquor are also available.

Winberies - A brunch buffet is offered on Sundays from 10am to 1:30pm. For just $21 enjoy all you can eat brunch items like omelets made to order, Belgian waffles, salads and pastas as well as a complimentary bloody mary or mimosa.

Witherspoon Grill - Brunch is served 10am to 3pm on Sundays. The menu is extensive and offers plenty of options. Choose one of their breakfast items, like their bread pudding french toast or farmer’s market omelet, or, go with one of their lunch dishes, like their grilled chicken ciabatta sandwich or their cabo crab salad.

Big Fish Seafood Bistro - Although its not located in downtown Princeton, Big Fish offers a fabulous brunch menu on Sundays as well as a nice outdoor dining space. The menu boasts items like Maryland crab benedict, smoked salmon stacks, and a shrimp and asparagus omelet.

Agricola - The restaurant prides itself on it’s farm to table philosophy, which carries through to all their menus, including their weekend brunch menu, which is available both Saturday and Sunday. Start off with one of the restaurant's unique cocktails, like their elderberry margarita. Then, choose from first courses like their fresh market salad or sticky buns and from second courses like their red flannel hash, which combines beets, corned beef and fingerling potatoes and is topped with an egg. Their menu is truly unique and utilizes only fresh, local ingredients.

Yankee Doodle Tap Room - Although they have a nice indoor dining room, if the weather is nice, dining outside on the patio is the way to go here. You can enjoy the views of charming Palmer’s Square while you dine on delicious brunch items like lemon ricotta pancakes, crepes filled with ham and asparagus, or classic eggs benedict. The brunch menu is available from 10am to 2pm on Sundays. Yankee Doodle Tap Room also offers many Gluten Free options.

Alchemist & Barrister – Located on Witherspoon Street in downtown Princeton, the Alchemist & Barrister is probably most famous for it’s late night eats, night life and bar menu but the restaurant also has a brunch menu on Sundays. It’s a large menu and includes breakfast items like breakfast empanadas as well as many lunch items including a variety of salads, sandwiches and burgers.
