It's good to go mad once in a while
It's good to go mad once in a while

Yes ladies and gentleman March Madness is indeed upon us. For the next month fans of college basketball, school alumni and that secretary who can barely answer the phone but yet has the winning bracket at work will constantly checking in to be updated on the conference and NCAA tournaments. For everyday fans here are some picks of bars and lounges in no particular order to best enjoy the vibe of March Madness

Bounce Sporting Club: (55 West 21st street right near 6th Ave, Flatiron district, Manhattan) This is your spot for looking snazzy, eating good and enjoying the game. Bounce's menu has Truffle Mac n Cheese, 10 spice Koreatown Chicken Wings, and grilled skirt steak tacos. They also have a serious cocktail menu and it will feel like a real night out on the town, even for the non sports savvy person.

200 5th: (200 5th Avenue off Union St, Park Slope, Brooklyn) My go to sports lounge in Brooklyn. One side dedicated sports bar, other side a cozy sit down restaurants, but 100% of the time there's a tv around. True diehard sports fan that come to have fun, not act like hooligans.

Village Pourhouse: With locations in Hell's Kitchen, the Upper West Side, the East Village and even Hoboken the large selections of beers and good menu from wings to steaks and yes healthy options too always make this a fun place to watch a game. Expect lots of suppporters of Big East teams near the Hell's kitchen location.

Buffalo Wild Wings (Atlantic Mall Brooklyn, Flatbush and Atlantic Avenues, Brooklyn)-This one makes the list because the Barclays Center is hosting the Atlantic 10 terminal and you will get spill over of a lot of fans in here. This makes it a good vibe and wild wings is corporate but enjoyable, I always go with the boneless wings and there is always a special on beer.
