As more music blogs join the collective I told you about when I came across Strangers in Stereo, I have to step up my game featuring them. Taking on five at one time before they grow on me again, I present the following for the Best Music Blog(s): Disco Punk, First Up, The Blue Walrus, The Culture of Me, and Forward Music.

The Blue Walrus- Started as a hobby, it's hard to believe that the team at The Blue Walrus ever put this blog second.  With great editorials, reviews, leaks, and downloads to offer, this blog is pretty stellar.  Check out their Stealing Sheep review up now.  Good stuff.

Culture of Me:"Think demographically of a VH1 Celebreality viewer who happens to peruse Paper magazine and seeks out open bars and killer DJ sets as often as possible," says Culture of Me about its site.Offering video, reviews, and the ability to submit your own materials to the site.

Disco Punk: Bring your dancing shoes because music lives on this site. Straight forward in approach, Disco Punk tells you what you should be listening to and then gives you the track listing to  hear  the songs directly from the site.

First Up: The first word on Hip Hop, House, Grime, and Dirty Pop, First Up offers some amazing reviews and actually taught me a little about artists I normally don't listen to.  Site offerings include mixtapes, remixes, videos, reviews, and a get featured section for artists to submit.

Forward Music:
We are fans first before writers sometimes, Forward Music living to that motto as they write about the artists that have influenced life as we know it.  Written by a 17 year old, the maturity of the reviews is really impressive.

There are plenty more 'clogs' as the music collective ring is called by Strangers in Stereo so stay tuned as I feature another handful of them soon.
