Lindsay Lohan might be in trouble again. On Wednesday, September 19, she was involved in a minor traffic accident in New York City.
According to the Daily News, a chef who was leaving his hotel job was slightly brushed by LiLo's Porsche in an alley between two buildings off the street.
Now the incident is the classic "he said, she said" as the "victim" claims Lohan was slurring her words, while police say there was no evidence that Lindsay had been drinking.
Either way, it means Lindsay Lohan may be tied up in court for a while. And, if it's found out she was drinking and driving, she may even have to go back to jail.
That means the world may not get a chance to ogle her fabulous body in a skimpy bikini again this year.
