Upon first glance at the building you think it looks like a regular building, without much fanfare, but when you step inside, you will find a wonderful surprise. This facility is very clean, has ample space and an efficient area for the ease of catering. As you continue through the hallways you will step into the ballroom, upon entering your eyes will be focused on the beautiful cathedral dome shaped ceiling, which rests in the middle of room. This beautiful area is complimented by empire windows throughout the room. The recessed ceilings are aglow in accents of soft light, muted hues of gray that accentuate the room and the matching tile floor which will work into any color scheme set the ambiance of your celebration.
You will enjoy the glow of the sunset as your background through the empire windows as you dance the night away to your favorite DJ or live band while toasting your newly made nuptials. The ballroom can also be transformed to host a wedding against the empire windows. Your guests will enjoy a cocktail hour in the lobby enjoying appetizers and mingling as your ballroom is transformed for your wedding reception. What’s also wonderful about the Sedge Garden Recreation Center is that smaller rooms are available to be utilized for overflow or changing areas for a spectacular entrance for your reception.
At Sedge Garden Recreation Center you find that the kitchen facilities can accommodate a buffet or a plated reception with great flow thru area for your guests to enjoy a buffet meal, or, a full wait staff to prepare and serve for your reception. Sedge Garden Recreation Center allows for outside catering, and hosts a fully workable kitchen.
This venue will host 150 guests in the main ballroom, which includes tables, chairs and a full kitchen. The cost of the facility is $230 for four hours and $57.50 for each additional hour, prices subject to change without notice. This venue does not allow alcoholic beverages.
