I love smoothies! I have a smoothie every day, sometimes two! I have experimented and put things in the blender that should not have been blended together. Here is my favorite combination right now:
3 pineapple chunks
A generous handful of greens (spinach, baby kale, swiss chard, etc.)
A 1/2 cup (more or less to preferred consistency) of unsweet almond milk
Blend and enjoy!
