One of the coolest awards shows took place last night, August 10th at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, CA. It’s full of the entertainment industry’s freshest and hottest celebrities. It is all about the celebration of the year’s triumphs in music, film, television, sports, the internet, fashion and more. Of course, we have to look back at who looked amazing on the blue carpet.
Nina Dobrev in Vionnet
Summer, summer, summer time! This fresh and multi-colored short set was stunning on the Vampire Diaries actress. It was so fun and flirty which made it perfect for this awards show. Nina’s twisted fishtail braid and smoky eye gave so much life. America’s favorite vampire showed off those beautiful legs accented by bubblegum pink pumps. There were conversations around her being near her ex and co-star, Ian Somerhalder at the TCAs but all we care about is how stunning she looked.
Shay Mitchell in Misha Collection
Serving up a sultry and sexy look, Shay looked flawless in this two piece get up. Lace has been a popular trend this season and she perfected it at the awards show. Kim Kardashian wore a similar look for her 33rd birthday but Shay put her own spin on it. The dark lipstick, rose gold Jimmy Choo pumps and messy braid was perfection. Not to mention the gorgeous rose gold, ribbed metallic clutch with a Swarovski crystal clasp by RODO she carried that made the look seamless. Shay definitely should have taken home the award for the sexiest look of the night. It is a completely different look for her compared to her role as Emily on the hot show, Pretty Little Liars.
Lucy Hale in Christian Dior
The Pretty Little Liar star looked stunning on the blue carpet in a vibrant, red fit and flare dress. The plunging neckline was perfect for her petite frame. The Brian Atwood sandals gave this look a little dazzle especially paired with her Michael Kors clutch. To complete one of the best looks of the night, she wore a braided ponytail pinned up to show off the gorgeous dress and those beautiful eyes. Lucy took home the award for Choice Actress : Drama for her role in the hit series Pretty Little Liars.
