Best Diets - List from US News and World Report - DASH on top and Dukan last

The US News and World Report put out its list of best diets overall and once again the DASH Diet is on top of the list for health and weight loss. Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension (DASH) is the way to go for a healthy diet, according to Fox News.

The DASH diet not only battles hypertension, but it helps in lowering cholesterol and weight loss. It’s also the healthiest way to diet instead of going with one of the new trendy diets that offer liquid cleanses and detoxes. DASH costs nothing to start, has no membership fees and it doesn't offer expensive prepackaged foods or meetings.

The number two spot for best diets listed on the US News and World Reports is the TLC Diet, (Therapeutic Lifestyle Changes), this is another straight forward diet created by the National Institute of Health.

The list proves Jennifer Hudson correct when advocating for Weight Watchers, as US News and World Reports found this another healthy way to go and it came in tied at number three.
