If you have been feeling sleepy and sick your diet could be the problem. When you have diabetes, it’s critical that you’re eating the right foods for your blood type. What is blood type? Your blood type is just a small piece of sugar that’s stuck on the outside of your red blood cell. Did you know that each one of your cells contain millions of different sugars, including the blood type sugars? Just like hair or eye color is a genetic quality; your blood type is a very unique part of who you are. Your blood type will never change either. If you’re blood type O, you will always be O.
There are 4 different blood types and if you’re eating the wrong foods for your type you’re increasing your risk of diabetes. This is why some individuals have lots of energy after eating a particular food while others feel bloated and have an upset stomach. A known fact is that wrong foods raise your blood sugar. A good example is if a blood type A eats organic red meat their blood sugar will increase. Now if a blood type O eats organic red meat their blood sugar will decrease immediately. The right foods for your blood type are like medicine for your body. The choice is yours!
If you’re a blood type O the following foods will increase your blood sugars and cause weight gain. In addition, you will experience stomach pains, gas, heart burn, inflammation, and increase your risk of diabetes and other diseases. The foods with the most damaging lectins for blood type O’s are: Wheat, corn, dairy, kidney beans, navy beans, lentils, cabbage, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, peanuts and potatoes.
If you’re a blood type A do not eat the following foods: Red meat, kidney and lima beans, dairy, wheat, corn, potatoes, cabbage, eggplant, bananas, or tomatoes. If you do eat these foods take Deflect for Blood Type A and avoid them in the future.
If you’re a blood type B avoid all of these foods: Chicken, lentils, peanuts, sesame seeds, corn, potatoes, wheat, buckwheat, tomatoes, and all processed sugar. In blood type B’s processed sugar promotes insulin resistance.
