Friday is Black Friday, the biggest shopping day of the year and the 2009 Sales are out for Best Buy, Walmart and Target. Some of the big chain stores, like Walmart confirmed their sale items over the weekend.
Consumer spending is expected to drop 3.2% over the holidays this year, and stores are trying to make as many sales as they can on the busiest shopping day of the year.
Black Friday Store hours:
Walmart will open at 6 am on Thanksgiving and stay open through Black Friday, November 27.
Toys R Us will be open at midnight on Black Friday (the day after Thanksgiving).
Best Buy will open at 5 am, but will use a ticket policy for those waiting in line outside before that (tickets will be issued within 2 hours of opening, each store will decide what time they will give those tickets out).
