Best Buy's version of the new Paul McCartney "Band on the Run" reissue (see picture at left) adds a fourth disc with a bonus DVD to the 2 CD/1 DVD version package.
The track list for the Best Buy bonus DVD:
1) "Band on the Run" 2010 EPK (8:31)
2) "Jet" (5:36)
3) "Mrs. Vandebilt" (5:13)
4) "Band on the Run" (5:36)
Total running time: 24:56.
In the EPK, Paul talks with Jody Denberg about what led up to the album and how it was made. The three live tracks are taken from "Good Evening, New York City."

The only thing is, Best Buy's prices on the BTOR reissues run from a reasonable $9.99 to an outrageously expensive $194.99!
The four-disc set is great for $14.99, but it seems they're starting to get scarce. One BB I called that had run out said they didn't think they'd be able to order more.
It's all so confusing. I guess the only thing missing in this set is the out-take CD?

Bought my copy Thursday morning......they only had a few left that I could see.......and only two Deluxe editions. Wanted to pull the trigger on the top shelf item but, going to wait and see if the price drops...14.99 is a very good bargain for the 2nd tier item. Oh, wonder why Paul decided to cut out "Billy Don't Be A Hero' and "Suicide" from "One Hand Clapping"? I enjoy the audio quality of the cd's and DVD as well...also I thought the video quality of the DVD was pretty good too.

Bruce: Have only seen the three disc set and the Best Buy versions.
Just listened to the whole album, sounds good, but really i can't notice a big improvement from the 1999 re issue, and the bonus stuff i pretty much the same, except for the art work and video.
Has anyone purchase Band on the Run Deluxe version. Its on line for $74.99 and $114.00 at Best Buy. Just want to know if its worth the money
I would imagine a PDF of the book will eventually make it's way on to the big bad internet. Too bad the Top Shelf item wasn't more reasonably priced.
