In this week's ad for March 17th, 2013, Best Buy is offering buy 2 get 2 free on all preowned DS titles in stores.
They have a page up on their website with over a thousand DS titles to choose from, however many of them are for in-store pick up only and are unavailable online. Additionally they are offering free shipping to many of the select titles if they do have them in stock online.

Harvest Moon: Island of Happiness

Sadly, since many of these titles are in store pick up only, this will be based on a lot of luck in finding what you are looking for. Nevertheless it is still a good deal on Nintendo DS titles.
