Best bets for Charlotte Restaurant Week, Part 2: Steakhouses

There's no doubt that the restaurant owners of Charlotte have their customers pegged: We like meat on our menus, steak preferably, with some seafood available for the health conscious. This column takes a look at the steakhouses around town participating in the Queen's Feast Restaurant Week and the deals they are offering.

Many of the top steakhouses in town are participating. And let's face it, getting out of, say, Morton's with just a $30 tab for a 3-course meal is quite a bargain. Each of the Queen's Feast menus includes an appetizer or salad, a main entree, usually with sides, and a dessert. Many of the restaurants have a wine special available as well.

Here, in alphabetical order, are the steak and seafood restaurants, and the steak deals they offer. All also offer a seafood option, sometimes chicken and/or pork chops as well. A few (as noted below) even have a vegetarian option.
