 Celebrate Bess Truman's birthday at the Truman Library, joined by the Independence Pioneers Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. 

Following the program, the Independence Pioneer Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution will host its annual Bess Truman Birthday Tea for all guests.

The presentation and tea are included with Museum admission; seating is first come, first served. Harry S. Truman Library, 500 W. U. S. 24 Highway 2 p.m. Cost: TBD 816-268-8200 or www.trumanlibrary.org.
