There are so many ways to combine fruits and other ingredients to make delicious, healthy smoothies. This recipe brings together a medley of 5 fruits for a real nutrient blast.
1 individual container vanilla yogurt
1 small banana, peeled and cut into chunks
1 small orange, peeled and sectioned
10 grapes, rinsed
3 large strawberries, rinsed and hulled
1 handful blueberries, rinsed
- Place the fruits into a blender.
- Add the yogurt.
- Add 1/2 cup of water to start, adding more if necessary for desired consistency.
- Pick the berries yourself for the freshest fruit possible.
- Serve this smoothie alongside a breakfast off bacon and eggs.
