Berks T1D Connection is holding a candy-free Halloween event on November 2, 2013 at 4:00 p.m at the Crowne Plaza in Wyomissing, PA. Berks T1D Connection founder, Denise Pasko, came up with the idea for this event so that children with Type 1 Diabetes will have a fun alternative to traditional trick-or-treating. The event will feature games, music, food and lots of activities for children. There will also be trick-or-treating set up in the hotel that will feature candy alternatives. For more information about the event, contact Pasko at email@example.com.
