Today it is critical to leverage new technologies including Social Media and Email Marketing to create stronger brand awareness and strengthen customer loyalty. In Small Business Development Center (SBDC) sponsored three hour workshop learn tactics from SBDC Advisor David Mitroff, Ph.D. for building a social media presence which attracts visitors, the importance of consistent messaging, process of setting up a customer loyalty program and how to create a sense of urgency to convert potential customers into long term supporters. This event is hosted by the Alameda County SBDC.
