Howard Stern Show writer Benjy Bronk is being misquoted all over the mainstream media after his heckling of Anthony Weiner during the Congressman's resignation press conference Thursday afternoon.
While Bronk openly admits to screaming out questions like: "Are you more than 7 inches?" and "Will you maintain your hot physique?" during Weiner's prepared statement, he denies shouting the initial "pervert" comment moments after Weiner officially said that he was resigning.

News sources including Time, Entertainment Weekly and the Village Voice all incorrectly attributed the "pevert" comment to Bronk, even though the voice shouting it is distinctly different from the one shouting questions moments later.
Bronk posted the following series of messages Thursday night:
I'm NOT the person who yelled "bye bye pervert"... I dont think of Weiner as a "pervert", I think of him as a horny guy who didnt handle his thing well... and calling someone a "horny guy" is redundant... and yes, I knew he was a Representative, but I felt calling him Senator Weiner was more respectful...I heard @maddow mentioned me, anyone know what said? I totally have a crush on her..anyone know if she is single/Jewish?

Bronk then directly confronted reporter Megan Gibson, the author of the TIME post incorrectly attributing the "pervert" remark to Bronk:
@meganjgibson saw your article, I'm absolutely not person who yelled pervert, see my tweets below for more on that...I did ask, "Will you maintain your hot physique and smooth sexy chest?", but I didnt call him a "pervert"... just realized, stupid s**t I did, done 4 same reason Weiner did his stupid s**t both just trying 2 get affirmation (love, laughs, etc)... I asked questions, but I wasnt guy who called Weiner a pervert, I was going for comedy not to make moral judgements #weinergate
So who was the judgmental voice in the crowd? At this point, no one knows--and apparently no one investigated.
It appears TIME Magazine is no Howard 100 News.
